What's inside the Lollipopa box ?
Savannah has put 13 of her most favorite things in the box. Items include: bows, bracelets, lip balms, headbands, necklaces, activity pads, crayons, slime, squishies, and so much more!
New items every quarter!
- Lollipopa Junior (ages 3 to 8): 13+ items every quarter
- Lollipopa Senior (ages 9 to 12) 13+ items every quarter.
Colors of items may vary. Items not appropriate for children under the age of 3 years old.
How often will I receive a Lollipopa shipment?
The Lollipopa Box is a subscription service. You will receive a new mystery box every quarter or every three months! However, you must re-purchase presale to guarantee a box for the season. There are no recurring charges.
When will my Lollipopa box ship?
Fall Box: Ships September 1st - November 30th
Winter Box: Ships December 1st - February 28th
Spring Box: Ships March 1st - May 31st
Summer Box: Ships June 1st - August 31st
Can I give a Lollipopa box subscription as a gift?
Yes! Create a new account with a new username and password for the recipient.
To which countries do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the continental U.S.
How long will it take my Lollipopa box to arrive once it has shipped?
Once your box is dispatched via USPS, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
Any new subscription that comes after that quarter's box has already started shipping may take up to two weeks to ship.
What is the difference between the quarterly and annual plans?
We offer two different plans to make it easier for you to get your Lollipopa box. Both plans are set to auto-renew.
Quarterly Plan = costs $37.95
Annual Plan = costs $35 per box plus shipping; you will be billed for all 4 boxes at signup.
If you choose to sign up for the Annual Plan, you’ll save $3.95 per box!
When will I be billed for a recurring subscription?
At signup, you will be charged $37.95 for the Quarterly Plan and $140.00 for the Annual Plan. Both plans DO NOT auto-renew.
Which currency do you use?
All orders are processed in U.S. dollars.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I update my payment information?
In order to change your credit card info, log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions > then Billing Information > click on Edit Card.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log in, click on My Account Icon > click on Manage Subscriptions > Select Edit on your current subscription, and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.
To avoid having your package lost, please make your updates before the following dates:
Spring Box: March 1st
Summer Box: June 1st
Fall Box: September 1st
Winter Box: November 1st

What do I do if my shipping box has a dent?
We put a lot of thought into designing our boxes to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is primarily for shipping and is designed to protect what’s inside. We do not offer replacements for any damaged box.
